This Islamic pattern is printed with oxides onto an unglazed tile before clear glaze is applied to seal the tiles and make them suitable for use in the bathroom.
This swarm of bees buzzing through the shower is simple but very effective. The motif is used again in other areas of the bathroom. This was actually quite cost effective for the client as the area affected is large whereas the amount of painting is quite small.
